The Company has created a complete one - rooftop solution for independent and rural franchise auto dealers and regional finance companies, its target market.For dealers, the company provides a virtual on-line marketplace to buy and sell units in an auction environment instead of a physical presence in the lane; Customer Relationship Management(CRM); Dealer Management System(DMS); finance portal for lenders to fund dealer consumers real-time on the lot; interface to social media; and finance and accounting including an interface to QuickBooks.For lenders, the Company provides a robust Loan Origination System(LOS) and Loan Management System(LMS) allowing the regional finance companies to “book and bill” their auto loans.

Specifically for the finance portal, the Company integrates its lenders (including larger finance companies that use their own LOS) with dealers in a real-time environment. Each consumer application is verified for a lender’s consumer, collateral and dealer Eligibility Rules ensuring only qualified applications are received by the lender. XpressCredit™ has numerous auto related partners and integrates via XML-encoded messages and adheres to Standards for Technology in Automotive Retail (STAR). All systems are hosted in the cloud with Amazon Web Services (AWS) – Compliant with Fair Credit Reporting Act and Graham-Leach-Bliley Act.
